Well done to Obsidian on winning last weeks difficult 3x101 challenge good job

'I thought a simple challenge this week to practice switching. So 1st dart at 20, 2nd at 19 and 3rd at 18. Scoring 1 for single, 2 for double & 3 for treble. Played over 10 rounds giving a maximum score of 90.

Thought a shorter one this week to get as many as possible taking part. Good luck everyone!'

So this weeks challenge wont take as long, 10 visits shooting 20,19 and 18.
Simply post your high scores here and someone will update the leader board.
As usual the highest score wins, the winner gets a badge for their profile and also chooses next weeks challenge.

I was looking around a while ago for ideas for the weekly challenge and to be honest there are not as many different games/ routines as you may think.
Thats why I enjoyed Big Gun's challenge last week, totally different and the feeling of achievement when I finally did it was brilliant, and I will enjoy this weeks just the same as I know I will not be pulling my hair out trying to finish it but I will get a score that I can try and beat time and time again.

So any challenge for me, be it difficult, routine or just something a bit different is fine by me - the only person that benefits from me having a go is me which is why I love the weekly challenge. happy dude

Ok here we go worst to best scores

27, 29, 31, 37, 37, 44

this was without a warmup which i think explains the scoring.

Very happy with the 44 but will try a couple more times this week to best it. Hit two 7 marks on the 44 score. No 9 marks though

Goals to play for this week for members...

30= 3.0 mpr

35= 3.5 mpr

40= 4.0 mpr

45= 4.5 mpr

50= 5.0 mpr

55= 5.5 mpr

60= 6.0 mpr

Easy one this week to figure out mpr average. Just divide score by 10.

ya was happy being at 4.4 mpr but now you make the 4.5 look so much better. Time for another quick round!

It's possible. I think we'll see something in the 5 mpr range. Don't see 6 mpr happening at all based on all other challenges!!!

Yes, would be great to see over 20 members enter this week JD. Very nice opening 44 there Mac, great target very early on and 4.4mpr is nice shooting.

Caught a 51 on video. Threw a complete blank on the 4th round while sitting on 21 Sad

48 from me 14 trebles out of 20 is decent 16 will be hard to beat so good shooting McInnes I tried to use my phone to do a video but you cant get close enough to record it clearly enough. Do you play on the circuit McInnes? as the standards you set are exceptional I play County. I found the lower numbers more difficult as who ever throws for anything less than a Treble 10 to be honest other than Wadey for 7's and 8's on 64 and 61 I know I dont.

Have I got this wrong then as I only threw 20 darts 7 visits of 3 and then 2 darts on the last throw?

Had a go tonight and a 48 was my best but I will blow that away later in the week.

I definitely plan on giving this one a go. However, I'm running out of practice places. Sister moved into my house and took my game room. Firehouse just decorated for Christmas and the tree is in front of the dart board... ugh...

Yeah, but I don't start looking to throw some darts until 21:00 - 22:00. Casa de Mac is shut down for the evening by then typically because the house is old and can't hang... lol!

it's only shut down that time when nobody's over practicing. I start at 6 and can only do an hour at a time solo
