Looks quite consistent, your follow through seems good your hand flicks through at the end of the throw, maybe you could slow a little but its what rhythm feels right for you really.

the end of your follow thru, your wrist flicks meaning your following thru all the way to the board.

Haha PDC.. kidding you do have a real nice throw and follow thru but I have to agree with silver that if you slowed down just a bit you would probably be a hell of a lot more acurate.. of course we haven't seen where your darts are hitting the board so we are just assuming that they are not acurate..

Then my advice to you would be if you slow to hit doubles then you already know that you play to fast so why not slow down to hit trebles also????? Not saying that you have to lose your rythm because thats a good thing just find a bit slower one.

nah too late to change it,I like to play fast and have a nice ritme,i cant play slow need to play in a good ritme

And only when he started to think with his head again he returned to his best. We can advice smart or stupid things .But only you know what is good for you

Spain has good players,that have played at highest standard on biggest stages of World Darts. Enter tournaments try to learn as much you can ,use Flight school it is big help in practice . It is all in your hands you can be as good as you want . And like Big Gun says Stay Special

The clip doesn't do James throw justice- he has one of the smoothest throws around. And a really good player I might add.
