| What physical impairments do you have first of all ?
If none , I suggest putting down the darts and picking up a tennis ball and start throwing it for awhile. Or make paper airplane and throw for a while. Or go bowling for awhile. |

| I went through it twice. I ended up loading my throwing hand with as many darts as I could hold and letting them go as fast as possible. I did it over and over and eventually the dart started to release in a somewhat normal pattern. Hope it helps, I know what it feels like. |

| Lie on your back and throw a tennis ball up catch it while bringing your arm back down. Do this for 10-15 mins a day!!!  |
