| Very nice Stuart!
I am putting my board in my converted loft soon, but I'm not going to fix it to the wall, I will be using a dart stand. I think it will be too noisy on the wall, like hitting a drum because its just plasterboard.
I like what you done with the light there, is that just a piece of paper to reflect the light to the board? |

| lol, yep!, they are actually 3 movable spot lights but they still caught my eye (even though they all pointed at the board) so I stuck a piece of paper there to stop the light getting in my eyes.
I will take some better photos after this weekend, just waiting for a new lens for my cam to arrive and I will get some decent pics of my collection as well.
Just got three big frames so I can get my darts shirts framed and put on the wall in my dart room (got a signed red harrows Bristow shirt, a signed Taylor shirt and a signed Mark Walsh shirt) - was lucky enough to get to play Eric and Walshie on different occasions.

| Thats great, will look great on the wall. I have a Steve Beaton shirt he wore at the Grand Slam 2010 but its not signed although it did smell of his aftershave and had an hair on the collar, lol. |

| Well since it decided to rain, again after work. I finally got some time to finish this sucker up. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The big ones were too wide and the small ones were just too small, so I went custom. It's a piece of MDF board, primed it white, then got some 1/8" masking tape and some vinyl letters, then just spayed on a couple of layers of Rustoleum Spray-on chalk board paint. Then just topped it off with a frame made from some of my old hockey sticks. Not a huge piece of craftsmanship, but it fits the bill. The spray-on chalk works real good too, I was surprised. |

| Thanks! The Spray-on chalk is pretty cool. They sell it in spray or paint on, but the spray was cheaper. There are a lot of goals from those sticks from high school, maybe it'll rub off in my darts game...

| Had to wait in for a plumber yesterday so decided to put duck tape around my surround as I didn't care much for the red unicorn one. Here it is in all it's g(l)ory along with a few signed photo's (including one of the forces sweetheart Dame Vera Lynn). I really must get round to repainting the wall itself lol [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |
