| Well they sent me 19gm smooth darts instead of the Barney's lol- missed 2 sets of comos flights, 2 sets of spinner shafts Cosmo- sent a set of shafts wrong color- ordered 3 sets of storm points only sent 1-free gift was a bulls dart holder , sent a check out card. aww just a mess. However I e-mailed them lets see what happens. Anyone can get an order messed up and they usually better than this because nothing was right.
So anyone can have a mess up - now waiting for a reply from them. They had a special on the Barney's so thought let me give this a shot. Email sent Friday late, will update everyone on how this is handled. |

| Sounds like they got the order mixed up with another completely different one to me, either that or someone in the packing dept had been on the sauce the night before |

| What's the old saying? Never buy a car built on a Friday? Sounds like the shipper was having a bad day. |

| i sent an order in on thursday morning , which is still coming up as processing rather than dispatched . i've ordered loads of times from them and and always next day delivery and i've never had a wrong order of them unlike with pure darts which has happened a couple of times. perhaps they have some staff shortages at the moment or new guy or whatever. it does sound to me you got someones order , i'd imagine they'll have it sorted soon and you'll get your order as well is what you have already received so you should be quids in |

| Never had a wrong order from Pure Darts ever- they all have a miscue here and there but Darts Corner lately from what Ive heard has had more than their share! Hopefully this gets sorted. Waiting for Monday to hear from them and if sorted will give them their due. |

| I wish you good luck with darts corner, I had my last and It will be my last order from them arrive complete and on time, just never going to be happy with customer service. As a customer who had spent enough pounds with them, I was just after a little effort. Not rocket science to run a dart shop. |

| Have only had a couple of problems with Darts Corner and they were sorted fairly promptly - although it is easier for me to call them being in the UK. I've had a couple of orders wrong from Pure Darts that didn't really get resolved satisfactorily - I ended up accepting their cock up after several emails and calls as I couldn't be bothered in the end. I still use Pure Darts as they are the cheapest, but as far as my experiences are concerned DC are far better than PD at customer service.
As far as the original post is concerned it does sound like two different orders have got mixed up along the line. Most likely processed by the same person and they put the labels on the wrong envelopes once everything was packed. |

| I try to be fair therefore am awaiting DC's e-mail. No company is 100% lol Not DC not Pure. We all are human and thus make human mistakes. Its what happens after the mistake is recognized that counts with me. So thus being fair ( I try to be reasonable) await DC's reply. I feel they will straighten this out to a fair conclusion. If straightened out (which I think they will) I will be the first to praise them for good customer service.

| HI Larry
Thanks for the email,
With regards to the missing items there should have been a note on your order saying items to follow as I know some of the stems are out of stock?
Was there no note on the invoice?
Thanks
Gary Taylor

Darts Corner
Aww nope! no mention of items following, I sent e-mail to that affect - and shouldn't he have that on his copy of the invoice? |

| How about a note from them explaining sending the completely wrong set of darts? Was that in your order? I had a similar problem (a couple actually) with Red Dragon, like it has been said though, anyone can make a mistake, it's how it is dealt with that decides wether a customer returns, or not. |

Got to admit that is too long without an update - I'd give them a call if it was me but I'm in the UK. In your place Larry I'd send them an email. Also, it's been bugging me - who is that in your avatar lol |

| Thats my sister- I sent Gary another e-mail on the 7th- his last reply was that he had turned it over to the warehouse for sorting out. Will send another Monday to just keep it fresh in his head. |

| More patient than me too - How long does it take to open the order info, look at what was actually sent and think, hmmm he has a point, the order was wrong and does not match what was purchased.
5mins I would guess, and thats being generous as it takes about 30 seconds in reality.
You have waited far too long IMO, it is just plain rude that you have not received an update or explanation, never mind a conclusion and it does not matter what company it is, it is just good business to deal with errors as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Shows a distinct lack of respect for the customer when you just leave them hanging on for a solution after you have taken their money.
