| my practice routtine starts with me chucking at the bull until i start hitting it more and more and my grouping around the bull gets better then i know im warmed up and loose. then go around the board at doubles a couple of times. then chuck at the treble 20 for abit to see how mangey 180s i hit. then do finishes from 90 upwards until i get board really. thats my typical practice session |

| Sounds fair enough to me mate, well except the 180's bit, I can tell ya how many of those I can hit each day = 0 LOL!
I should really practice my Bulls more though, think its probably my weakest part of the board, I am not too bad on most doubles but Bulls is a nightmare! |

| I start with shooting bulls (x20 ) single =1 double =2, then go around the board hitting triples (x3 of each) starting at 20 and finishing with 10, then I shoot another 20 bulls, then I start going around the board with the doubles starting at 20. The twist with the doubles is if you are shooting at say double 20 and hit a single 20, you need to try and clean it up with a double 10. Once you have cleaned a double up then all darts can be thrown at that double until it is hit. Once I have done that I shoot another 20 bulls. This takes around an HOUR AND A HALF. After that I try taking out 101 for awhile and then I need a break!!! |
