My practice routine starts with some loosening darts at doubles and trebles round the clock,then i play frustration which is by hitting at least 1 x t20 and a single 20 then d1 then again d2 and so on till you go around the board,and it can be very frustrating but helps you as usually you only expect one dart at a double at pdc level..then go on to play first to 6 with my practice partner stuart white which is also hard as he is bang on form at the moment and doing well in the oom

I like the Taylor regime that he's put forward for the Team Taylor challenge. Tonight in my singles I was awesome and spanked a very, very good player. 1 dart at D16 to finish and left him on 400+ at 1001. Smile
