Start out with about 10-20 rounds at different numbers to warm-up (until I feel comfortable)

Play 2 or 3 matches (best of 5) vs N01 at level 7

Play 5-9 games of Cricket, every dart at a triple. 21 total darts to close all numbers and bull or it is a loss and I start again.

Doubles practice. Start with 50 double out, if I hit it subtract 5, a miss add 1. do this until taking off the 5 leaves less than 2. This works on the doubles as well as what is the best set up dart. Half the time I start with an odd number, this works on hitting an odd number first before the double.

I also will sometimes start with 50 and see how high I can get going up 5 when the double is hit and down 1 on a miss. The problem is there is no finish to this routine, but it helps with learning what to throw.

I use the one where you start at 50 and work up expect I start with either 41 up or 61 up depending on my mood is. A good practice game indeed.

I`ve never tried the 50 minus 5 for a hit and plus 1 for a miss. It sounds interesting so I`ll give it a try sometime soon.

The only program I use is N01 set up at level 7, 501 double out. Best of 5 legs.

You can get N01 on CNET for free. http://download.cnet.com/n01/3000-2136_4-10297121.html

There are 12 levels. to win vs level 7 you need to average about 18-21 darts per game.
