Need to work on spot shooting just take your chalk stick (another reasons I prefer chalk boards ) and make your own spots on what you need work on. Of course over time this wears off (if ya keep hitting your spot that is).
Triples , doubles no problem.

You can also use sticky labels - get a hole punch and make your self millions of little white dots, stick them on the segments and away you go, replace as needed.

I like to practice at my nephews and nieces when they get chicken pox or measles, there is lots of spot shooting to be had then!

And plenty of squeezing too!
