What is different about this dartboard?

No wires?

Every other double is ginormous?

The only difference is - no wires!!!

It's the same standard board we all use.

What do i win????

That is very similar to the first ever board I owned some 20 odd years ago. I used a marker pen to dot where my darts hit on my very 1st 180.

Other than what has already been said I dont know?

The numbers are in the scoring section and ahhhhhh its made of paper lol

Good spot about the numbers Rab, lol I was looking at the numbers and thinking it must be something with that but it never twigged!

Colors are off - 20 is light instead of dark and so on with all numbers

Didn't notice this thread when I logged in this morning - first thing I noticed was the numbers in the board instead of around it. Good spot on the colours being the wrong way round.


Out of interest did any of you have a paper board when you were young and did you ever put it in soak overnight? I did, and I wouldn't recommend it lol

The only reason I did it was because we had an old wood board that you had to leave in soak or else the darts would never stick in it. I thought you had to do the same with these old paper boards lol.

On the ITV Bulleyes programme the 20 segment was always on the light as well!!!

are the yellow segments bigger??were they touch the bull they def look it.

The double colours are the main segment colours on the next number

The numbers change their orientation as they go round the board, if that makes sense?

Bull should be black, outer ring yellow?

Not sure why I'm going for that but it looks odd for some reason.

I would say it's like that because the board was never meant to be rotated and I think if you turn the board over, there will be another board on the back, but for a different game.

Yes, there is the typical baseball game you see on must all paper dartboards.

I used to love my old paper board. I started on one of these things.

What's different about that though - look at a normal board and that's what the number ring is like on that. It's so you can read the numbers on the bottom half easier as they aren't upside down.

I have a over a hundred dartboards and obviously look at different ones all of the time. I have not seen another one like this. That was the main reason i bought it because it was unusual.
