Well done to Hatrick for winning his own challenge last week, in doing so Hatrick also gets to pick this weeks challenge.

Here's what we have to do this week (Closes: 15th May):

O.K. for this week we will do a baseball challenge. We play this as one of our personal games in one of the leagues I play in. You start at 1 and throw all 3 darts at it then on to #2, #3 and so on all the way up to the 9 for the 9th inning. For every single you hit its worth 1 point every double worth 2 and treble worth 3 only for the inning that you are throwing at. The highest I've ever gotten at leagues was 49. Good luck and "PLAY BALL"

Just as i suspected 27 the first time around. Pleased with that.

Thought I would give this a try, first time i have had a go at the weekly's. Gave it a quick go last night and got 27. That was with a few low scores aswell so hopefully i'll be able to improve during the week Smile

Best go today was 36. A bit disappointing since i was 20 after 4 innings but its an ok score i guess

Finding this challenge a bit weird as i never usually aim for the trebles on small numbers during a game or practice.
i hit a 140 in one of the other games i played on my first throw

had another go at this one tonight. up to 35 this time.getting there.....slowly.....
broke down as follows

2 - 5
3 - 3

5 - 3
6 - 4
7 - 6
8 - 2
9 - 3
TOTAL - 35
I'll set a target of 40 but i don't see me getting it, won't stop me having a few goes though

You guys are in trouble on this task as i am fully on board, totally get the rules and am gunning for another win, first attempt.............. 20 Embarassed

Totally agree on both points, a nice little mix up of routine, dosen't take much time or consume too many brain cells as its a nice, simple game that anyone can attempt.

Managed 26 with help of 2 T8's and a T9... I am getting there, although still bottom of a very good pile. happy dude

Looks like hatrick is on for another win unless someone puts a good score in this evening. I'll give it another go later to see if I can improve but realistically i'm not beating 44.

If no one does beat it why dont we let someone else pick the next challenge anyways. It doesn't bother me it's all for fun and practice anyways..

Well done again this week Hatrick, the winner with a great round of darts, some good arrows all round this week, great challenge, well done and thanks to all who took part.

I will update this and sort out this weeks new challenge when I get in from work, difficult to do off the phone.
