Finally gave into temptation and after seeing dozens of darts I fancied finally succumbed to my inner demons and bought these, 23g Performance Darts designed by Anthony Urmston-Toft on recommendation of Grip who pointed out that they are similar to Leo Laurens darts that i am looking for:

They are very grippy with ghost grip on the front 2/3 of the barrel and are very well balanced. After half an hour throwing them I am very impressed.

They look very nice darts - I'm contemplating getting a set for my collection as well

Its the grip I like on them mostly, the barrel shape was not quite right for me but the grip is great!
