To all the soft tip players out there and that have played or have experience with these machines I need help.

Last Friday I participated in a luck of the draw at a local bar that had the vsphoenix dart boards that require a card membership. I got one but didn't have to pay for it. I went on the website and it mentioned something about the card being a paid membership. Then a lady said I will be charged $15 USD for three months at the vsphoenix cup here in Pittsburgh on Saturday. Any info on this membership would help.
