They're from Gerry's of Wimbledon in London, 24g with medium length shaft. Not sure about the grip on the barrel though, may look at something with a bit more grip. Don't think they're a named dart, but I've only just started so didn't want to do big money on some fancy kit.

That shop must have been running a long time, was in old Darts mags.

Yeah, it mainly does fishing gear, but they have a darts corner and as a beginner the reason I went there was they let you try before you buy.

Ha ha. They did have about 100 sets of darts to choose from which was a bit of a nightmare as its hard to know where to start. I could have spent hours in there!

Buying off the Internet is good, but it's good that shops like Gerry's are still going.

Smart thinking there shinny. Its always nice if you can try before you buy specially when you are just starting out.

I threw three or four different weights, and a couple of different lengths and picked what i grouped the best. Think I may need a bit more grip on the barrel, but overall I think they'll do me for now.

I have had these 20g soft tips from Red Dragon and finally put on a longer shaft...darts are flying flat and hardly any bounce outs

Unfortunately I dont have a pic of it because I did it in league last night, but I hit a 160 peg out on the first night of our new season.

Rocked the 14 gram darts with titanium Cosmo points last night and today.

There's a reason I avoided including the average when I took the pic. I was getting beat 3-0 and had a whopping 58 average. This 170 started a barrage and i went on to win 6-4 and finished with a 90+ average.

Very small Shinpad. They were 14g steel tip Hankey's that were altered into soft tip darts. I was using a Cosmo titanium point in the vids. Total dart weighs 14 grams. Lot's of room in the trebles.
