| [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]I really like Storm Points. I like the sleek look they give my darts and the fact they help save flights is an added bonus [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] |

| I also love Storm points, how many of the Pro's actually use them though? I can't actually recall seeing any of the top players using Storm points which makes me wonder if there is a downside to using them as opposed to regular straight points? Lets face it, if they are as good as we think they are wouldn't all the top players, particularly the Target lads and lasses, be using them too? Either way, I like how they look and how they feel and will continue to use them until something better comes along. |

| I'm going to try these points out shortly.
Going to order a set of new darts and I'm going to have A180 install the points for me. |

| Kat: you can get them without FINGER grip so warranty should apply, not that the grip part on the points is for griping the board anyway (they are for finger grip). I wonder if that applys to the unicorn grippers cuz alot of pros use them.
Saber: top pic far left!!! looks good what is it?
Winny: let me guess 18g hankey fitted with storm smooth points?
I would like to see the weight diff of same length standard vs storm smooth and grip'd |

| Had a storm point snap off flush with the barrel the other day from hitting the concrete after a bounce out. Never had a normal point do that. I wonder if the storm points have a higher hardness making them more brittle... hmm |

Why or where would you play that has concrete directly under the board? Why not put a cheap rug in the area? Concrete is BRUTAL on darts if you get a bounce out. |

Had my first one do that to me a little while ago.. I drilled it out and replaced with another storm point I just had to superglue it in. Dont like doing that but oh well if the darts last me another 2 years before it does it again then it's time to get a new set anyways.. Hat |

| Can anybody tell me if i fit grooved storm points to my Carrera C4 22g darts they will blend in well with the nose of the darts, just like the the storm darts,or is it better to stick with standard grooved points or knurled ones. |

| Hey Larry, what are the darts in the top pic, second from the left with the black flights? They look like they may be Sigmas?
I ask because I was thinking of fitting Storm points on my Sigma 950's, but it looks like from your pic that they don't reach completely flush with the nose, and there is still a little lip there that could catch flights. Do you still have a problem with that particular set with flight damage or deflections, or is that remaining lip too small to make a difference?
FWIW, Tridents fit absolutely perfect on the Sigmas, so I was hoping Storm points would too.
Thanks!

| Those are Phase 6's and the Storm points help a great deal. Sigma's just guessing probably have the same lip. I use to use tridents and they work well but I opted for the Storms even though its not a perfect fit. Thanks for the question. |
