| http://www.perfectdarts.com/Don't forget to give feedback in this thread based on the criteria in the Shops Summary Table or anything else that you experienced while browsing/shopping the site. Also, Andy has been generous enough to offer an introductory discount code of 10% off your first order, which can be found in the Shops Summary Table or HERE |

| Put in a small order on Tuesday afternoon - not a big order, but everything was received today in perfect order. Everything was taped to a card so it didn't rattle or move around in the bubble envelope - I was quite impressed with the idea actually as I had never seen it before lol.
Price - more than reasonable Selection - again more than reasonable Website - very easy to register and to navigate S&H - as I said above I was quite impressed with this for my little order of stems and flights Postage ($, £, €) - same as most other places - there was an option for a dearer postage as well Customer Service - didn't have to contact them about the order as it came through quite quickly
As for ratings for the above I would give a +1 all round and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them |

Not the same. Nice if I have a specific thing I want to check the price for...but it doesn't let me scan a page. It's not a make or break thing I suppose, but I think sites like Pure Darts gets it right. |

| He has a smoking deal on some darts right now. I checked all the other sites and his offer is almost twice as cheap as any other.
Unicorn Gary Anderson maestro premier Tungsten 22g, 24g, 26g Normal Price £34 --- offer price £ 24.50
Unicorn John Part Black Titanium 23g, 25g, 27g Normal price £62 --- offer price £ 27.90
Someone should snap these up asap. |

| I know what you mean about the currency converter on the actual site. It's exactly the same for us Brits when we look on overseas sites as most of those only show the goods in whatever the local currency as well. It would be great in an ideal world if all shops that sent overseas would include converters for the most common currencies as well as the local one. |

| I bought a couple of sets of Andy's darts (used ones) from his site but only to find when they were delivered they were McCoys Sabre grip and felt a bit robbed to be honest as I could have bought them on a different site new for similar money. It does not mention anywhere on his site that they are McCoys and the pics are all taken with the McCoys logo to the back so you cant see it. I wonder why he would do this other than for the price mark up? Anyway I am a bit miffed about it but not to worry at least I now know and wont buy again. |

Interesting, I was actually just on the site looking at the used ones. |

| Well I have 2 sets USMC that are no use to me as the barrels are too short I need 50mm or over to be honest and these are shorter a 47.5mm so a total waste of money. Had they have been advertised as McCoys I would have known. I will have to sell them on Ebay and hope for the best. |

The shame is that the McCoy is a fine dart (I use a set of McCoys ahead of my Phase 6s, Black widows and Whitlocks) Let's see maybe how they do down the line. Let's hope it wasn't an intentional deception, as that would have been a very poor choice. It's a new store and from what I hear the shop owner might be a bit busy at home .. Maybe Perfectdarts will have something to say about all of it? |

| Got some Mervyn King darts and 2 x unicorn wooden darts cases. On the whole I was very happy with Perfect darts. It was cheaper shipping than A180 and pure darts for 1 set of darts and 2x wooden unicorn cases.
Price -excellent for certain items (Hankey + King darts especially) Selection - could do with a wider range of darts Website - good S&H - Well packaged and resonably quick Postage - Cheaper than A180 and pure darts, for what I got to Australia.

| Can't knock the darts and agree they are a nice dart but the barrel is to short for me, I will have to accept some blame really as I should have asked I suppose, it's like the old saying 'if someone doesn't ask, but I don't tell them the truth' am I lying? Some may call it deception and others would say it is as it is and it was down to me to ask. So I will chalk this one down to experience as I should have known better really. From what I can gather Andy is a decent bloke and is pretty genuine so just a lack of communication here I think. |

| IMO they are the darts he uses so he is in tilted to sell them as Andy Cornwall darts , though i also think that if they are a particular brand as you found out then that should also be stated. with regards to the size if it isn't stated on the website what size they are and you need at least a certain size then IMO it would be best to contact the shop for information. It is good practice for a shop to actually state the dimensions of their products , but as a small one man business with a new website i understand these things won't always be practical. |

| Valid point and I agree with you Jamie. I do take some of the responsibility as I didn't ask but a lesson here to be learnt by al,l regarding what something looks like isn't always what it is. I have contacted the shop and will let you know the outcome in due course. |

That is the greatest downfall to online shopping. With all of the convenience and ability to shop for the best price in a matter of minutes from one place there will always be the issue of perception. Regardless of whether the seller is/isn't trying to make an item look like something it isn't pictures never tell the full story and you need to go off of what you know from previous purchases. That is also why I completely agree that it is in any website's best interest to provide as much detail about the grip and dimensions as possible. Then, you don't end up with as many disgruntled customers when you really weren't trying to mislead. |

| Spoken with Andy and he has agreed to take back the darts as I have purchased something else from him so credited me with a refund to take off the balance so a big thumbs up from me for his customer service. And a new set of darts will be on their way to me shortly, whoo hoo. |
