| Sorry for the wait, finally got around to doing this one. After all the soft tip talk in the last couple of weeks I just had to give it a try. There are a lot of soft tip boards on the market but this one caught my eye. I purchased this form A-Z darts for $199 USD with free shipping. It arrived in 4 days via UPS ground from California. Here is the link [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Here is what is included in the package: ・Dartboard ・Dedicated AC Adapter ・4 Screws ・6 Soft-Tip Darts & Extra Tips ・Operating Manual [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Installation is pretty straight forward. Instructions include all the measurements for your screw placement. There are for screws to hang this board. I was pretty impressed how well this thing mounts and how easy it is to take down as well. Took me maybe 30 minutes to hang it. Here is what you will need for the installation: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Once installed I used the level to double check. Results [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Here is a shot of the board after installation. To the right on the wall is one of the 10g sets that came with the board [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Here are the different games/options. You also have master out, double in/double out options for all 01 games. There are five CPU levels, level 5 being the hardest. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]This is one of the greatest features of the board in my opinion. The scoring display is very big and bright. It is extremely easy to read your and your opponents score. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]I did a couple videos so you can hear/see this board in action. Volume on the boar was at is lowest setting which is pretty loud in my opinion. First video I did a quick bull challenge. It's eight rounds 50 points for DB and 25 for single. Can play it solo or against CPU or another player. My first video so was a little nervous and did not score that well. But here ya go [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Next I played a quick singles cricket game against level 2 CPU. Although i started off slow I finished strong on 17-bulls [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]All said and done I give this board a 9/10. I take one point off for the price. But surely in the future it will drop some. pros: quieter than most boards easy mounting huge score display very few bounceouts cons: price cant use short tips (bounceouts)

| Well done Mac! Very nice review mate and great video clips! Board looks great and I see it makes exactly the same sound effects as the pro ones, makes me want to get one now! Not as noisy sounding as I was expecting either. Have a +1 for this! |

| Nice review - is there a switch so you can turn the sound off? |

Yes sir. Think the switch has off and 3 volume levels. Its located underneath the board on opposite side of volume switch |

| Great review there Mac. I love the detail you have gone into.
Am I allowed to give you a +1 for that? If so, how do I do that? |

| I really like the look of the Viper X-Treme (I think that's the right name lol) but I think this one looks even better the more I look at it.
Just been looking at the list of games on there though and some of those 01 games are a bit unusual. I can understand the inclusion of 301, 501, 701 and to a lesser extent 1501, but where do 901 and 1101 come from, and why not 1001 as that is a recognised game as well. I'm guessing it's just moving them up in increments of 200, but those two look out of place to me lol.
Another quick question following on from my comment above - as well as the inbuilt games are you able to enter your own games manually - eg 401 or 1001? |

| Hi MAC I too have one as you know.. magic board, only drawback Ive found is the holes in all segments in the scoring area's dont accept ACUTE tips. I have alot of bounceouts & have to trim a little off my tips. Have beaten the board at the highest level in everything except cricket (something I am yet to master) Good review mate, I did one but was typed on Word & sent to Jake Ngu here in OZ as he sells them for $175 with free postage (he is Steve Ngu's brother) |

| I've seen people ask if they volume can be turned off... I'm wondering if there is an audio out to connect to an external amp? Like the effects but just not through the built in speakers........... |
