with nylon stems theres always the option too have them short or medium other than appearance is there a difference between the short and medium of how the dart throws? or is it just personal preffrence on the size you like your stems too be?
sorry if this doesent make sense dont know how too word it lol Smile

absolutely, combining different length stems along with different flights will affect the dart flight

Sounds daft but I usually use whatever the dart comes with, or if they are pro player darts I will use the same set up as the pro.

I am guessing, particularly the player darts have been precision tested to fly best with the players own preference of stems and flights, that's my theory and works well for me as it stops me tinkering, something I used to do to disaterous effect (just look at Barney if you want to see how over tinkering can affect you head slap ).

Think Chizzy uses short nylons with standard flights so may be worth trying that setup first and adjusting from there. Good Luck

Oh and BTW, I use Lewis' darts that are very similar shape and they fly fine for me with short nylons and standard (Rhino) flights.

Hope that helps. clink glasses

I would suggest either short or tweenie stems if you are going to use pears or kites
