| Do you perhaps own an iPad or other form of tablet device mate? On iPad you can get the Winmau dart scorer for £3.99 and save yourself some serious monies |

| My friend that gave me the magazine collection has a Dartmaster III at his shop. I was going to buy it but now that I've discovered all the free computer software used for scoring I don't need a wall mounted scorer. |

| get a chalk board or dry erase... you will only benefit from learning the math while playin. It may take a while but it gets a lot easier as time goes on, trust me!!

Hat Couldn't agree more. I'm seeing too many pubs using these on league nights no chalk, not gonna do wonders for their counting after all technology can fail or break - what would they do then?? At home I just have my Winmau scorer beside me to track my average but still chalk up. Best of both worlds! |

| Not only that but most scorers unless you want to pay a couple hundred dollars dont show the scores that were hit during the match and inevitably during a match someone will say You didn't hit this or you didn't do the math right, on a chalk board all the writing is there for you to double check until the game is finished.
