| If prefer swaps with an old set tbh. Don't really want to spend for a heavy set of darts that I might not like. Just want to test them really. Thanks though :-) |

Thanks though :-) But if you dont want to buy a 50 pound for a set and dont go to a shop,u are maybe three to five years searching for a good set go with ur dad to a dartshop in UK there are many thats the avantage to life there if u like darts anyway go to the shop a try many as you want lol then u choose and stick with them watch RvB 5 years of no winning titles and now boom hes again the top of the sport just of hes material was not good anyway do what you want. |

| True. RVB used 25g and then he's switched to 23g in the last couple of months and that's bought him success. |

| I spoke to Unicorn a while back when Taylor changed his darts and they told me that he used them twice but further changed were going to be made and dint have any plans to release a phase 7 dart until Phil had finished trying many many different options and found something which he liked and considered better that his current set up.
Even then they said they had no plans for any new release so im guessing developments were made faster than they thought as it was back in May time i think when i spoke to Edward. |

| i like the look of them , i've been using the phase 6 for a week now and i like them a lot , but i think the balance point needs brought forward slightly which these darts look like they have done compared to the p6's . i agree the phil taylor darts are over priced and i would never have bought a set before , but i traded to get the phase 6 and i've been so happy with them i'd gladly part with the cash to try these. i hope they bring them out soon! |

He usually looks at the sigma range to select what one he will use as a base for his changes. |

| I'd think it was as much Taylor being a perfectionist as it is him struggling to find a dart that will suit how the 2013 Phil Taylor throws with a healthy dash of the Unicorn money machine charging full steam ahead. I can happily say that I've not owned a single set of Phil Taylor darts. Have had the chance to try most of them, and they have been nothing extra ordinary except for price.

agree with what you say and in the past i've stayed away from unicorn and especially phil taylor products due to price and also a notorious lack of quality control , but these phase 6's i got have changed my game so much . i know its nothing to do with why they cost so much just happens that the shape of these darts suits me . need to try the phase 5s though as i think the more forward grip on them could be better for me |

| cheers mate , but one of the tings i really like is the phase 5/6 the grip is the size of my thumb so i can grip the same every time . this is what i believe has improved my darts more than anything is i can repeat the same throw over and over |

| Thats the reason I went for customs Jamie, found a darts with grip just where I wanted it, but not enough grip, so i got a set made with more grip and i am feeling the good darts slowly returning.
I guess if you know in your head you are doing something right, be it stance or in this case grip, then its another thing less to worry about on the oche. |
