| The only situation where I think using aluminum stems is okay would be...
1. Soft tip. No way to ruin and expensive stem with a robin hood.
2. If your sponsor sends you them for free.

| i just switched over to nylon. bought a punch and caps from a sponsor, threw them tuesday night for the first time in comp, my team liked the look but also the the feel of the throw. nice and flat because my flights are square  will not return to aluminum shafts |
