Must sound off about this folks because I'm pretty raging.
On the 21st of February I ordered personalised flights from Red Dragon, expecting them to arrive within 7-10 days as outlined on their website.
After two weeks they hadn't arrived, so I dropped them a wee message via the contact us section on their website just to check what was happening. No reply to date.
I tweeted their account last Friday, to which i was given an email address to send full details of order too.
I did so. No reply to date.
I tweeted them again asking when I could expect a reply. Again no reply.
So just five minutes ago, I phoned them up and the girl there tells me they've not even got on the print run yet. She gave a couple of contradictory reasons for this, which quite frankly didn't seem very plausible.
I know this because a work colleague ordered personalised flights at the exact same time as I did and his arrived on time.
So the latest is my flights should arrive some time next week.
Red Dragon will have had my cash for a full month by that point, and had it not been for me actually phoning them I'd still be in the dark.
It's just damned bad business practice not to reply to customer queries and despite their offer of appeasement of complimentary pack of flights I think I'll be best avoiding them in the future.
Very, VERY disappointed.
