| A180 are great to deal with, but I dont like the way the have the prices displayed, excluding vat.
I prefer to see the exact total before I click the buy button. |

| I don't like the way the prices are shown either - but still very quick at sending your orders.
The darts of their own sponsored players are also very good quality - I believe they are all made by Target - and they are also cheap.
The best thing about them though is they sell a lot of darts with a barrels only option - great idea considering most people never use the stems and flights that come with a set. |

| Yes I am Biased I love A180 Darts Shop (you all know that)
Personally not because of my sponsorship but because I am treated like part of Karls Family, actually both my wife & myself are. Besides that personal touch Karl is always on the lookout to get the best products (but at affordable prices (if companies keep thier prices down)...
Want to know how much Karl does for darts.. ALOT, if he isnt in the shop doing 60-80 hours a week you will find him at some tournament or racing around with gear to help setup youth events such is his passion (not bad for a LAWN BOWLS player eh-yes he cant play darts) I had gotten the unfortunate news a few weeks ago when I rang up that Karl hadnt been in the shop and was laying in that day I rang, I asked why? Kealey said because he was that badly fatigued he couldnt even spell in an email.. he was worn out to the point where he couldnt sleep and was having to have sleeping tabs to make him sleep.
He is better now and A180 is still delivering the quality products and they like to advertise (who doesnt?).. Forums, Facebook (3 pages) & Twitter.
Love A180 to bits.. since 2007 |

| This is my favorite too, I buy from a180 for like 4 years now and overall impression is great. They could improve the site a little with better pictures, darts info and stuff and yes put the total price on things - this is a constructive observation!

| I have ordered from a180 several times, never had an issue until the last order. It may be trivial but comes down to the principal of the matter. They were advertising a free shirt for orders over £50, i actually ordered £98.21(~175 USD) not including shipping. The shirt did not come with the initial order nor did it come when one of the items that was on back order arrived a few weeks later. I sent an email inquiring about the shirt and have not heard anything back from them. If the shirt was out of stock, don't ship free items to the USA, or any other explanation would have been fine. However to ignore my question about the shirt has not set well with me. I will most likely not be ordering from them again. |

I do know that a lot of people say Karl is a great guy but very busy, so not sure what happened in your case, but Wazza is often in touch with them so he may be able to help you out with that. May have just been an isolated incident but I agree they should at least have contacted you with an explanation, I hate that when it happens, I have sent many an email out and never got a reply which is bad mannered I think. |

| Easy review from myself, a bit more expensive than some online retailers but the service is the best by far!
Certainly one of the shops I would recommend.

Hi all yes I can answer all for you and thanks for the comments as I know Karl would appreciate it very much. 1. Website: Yes it is looking old but all I can say is dont worry & "watch that space" things are happening thats all Im allowed to say 2. The t-shirt issue: Karl has been sick with getting over a slight stroke, opening the other shop in Stoke & then loosing his best mate, only to come back to work to find 2 people hadnt been in while he was away (they were sick). Karl said to me all he has been doing for the past 3 Months was stocktake and making sure the others kept orders going (notice I just said going?)in an email yesterday Karl said he had finished stocktake for years end and now had to catch up on orders due to the lack of staff and apparently.. THIS IS THE SAME HERE... the post is crap at the moment. *Phew* so the t-shirt was probably not noted to be added as A/they may be out of shirts OR B/the staff could have plain forgot or got the price & shirt mixed up (it happens). Prime example is me, I asked for 3 grummets for my BULLS repointing tool, I got 3 bags of spare bits for my hand repointing tool instead BUT a quick call to the shop soon sorted that out SO this is my suggestion (as I say to all and the ones on facebook who winge if their parcel isnt on the door 5 minutes after order).. RING! They cant sit there reading emails about 1 day late postage or genuinemessups in orders as they are busy trying to make up orders... give the shop a ring, QOUTE your order number and name. Amazing how many people have came back to me when I have told them to ring and have been sorted out, I guess alot think (not you guys) they can send an email and all will be well. So ring about the shirt and quote order number, that is the best way to sort things out P.S. as I say keep watching :study: |

I may be wrong (not often though) but I think you will find that deal is finished, finished along time ago (probably that they ran out of shirts), I dont know when you made the order so cant be 100% correct. As I said give them a ring for what its worth & quote your order number. |

| I am sure the deal is finished at this time, however the deal was not finished when I placed the order. I was simply relaying my experience on a "Review" sub-forum. As stated previously this was the only issue I had over several orders with A180. I do hope Karl has a 100% recovery from his stroke, that is a terrible thing. However I do have one comment about your earlier post.... - Quote :

Really? A company doing business on the internet in the electronic age can not be bothered answering an email concerning an error/oversight on an order but would prefer a PHONE call! That is a first for me. |

That is a first for me. Its not a matter of not reading emails its just that the order system comes into the computers and they have to deal with them first, I think from memory Karl said there is something like 200+ "normal" emails a day (not order emails).. thats all there is a difference between emails and order sheets in thier system. I know if it were me I would be doing all my orders and when things had slowed down check the emails.. Karl works 80 hours a week himself.. I dont think he likes it any better than anyone else but I was just making a suggestion HM.. if you are wondering whats happening in an order.. make a call and get satisifed sooner than waiting for an email reply. |

| I can try mate via email but I am in Australia so my email may be over ridden by incoming orders (they both come in like emails so its a pain in the butt for the staff to check them as well as orders) Leave it with me though! Thanks for bringing that to my attention. |
