| Another one with good service - their own branded darts are excellent and they also stock Winmau darts before a lot of other shops get them.
When they send darts out they normally come packaged in proper boxes - not the usual white bubble envelopes that you get from DC. |

They stock Winmau first because they are Winmau, they took over Nodor and Winmau. They are great to talk to by phone too. |

| LOL!
Is nice the red dragon catlogs, but kind of seems a bit tacky with the women all over, I give to my dad once and said do you want me to get you some darts, then I remembered the women on it, "I'll have a look later" he said, aye I bet you will I though lol! |

| The darts i use are the Fusions and currently (barring ebay) they are the only place i can buy the darts i use. 98% of the time they (Red Dragon) have been spot on, however i ordered a set of Mark Hylton darts that never turned up (but a replacement was sent as soon as i let them know) and i ordered the Ross Montgomery Thunderbolt darts (but was sent the standard Ross Montgomery darts) i had to send these back before i was sent the ones i ordered. I found the last one a bit strange but have always been impressed by Red Dragon. |

| The only thing about RD is the shipping prices. Quite a bit more then A180. Ordered from them this morning. They had something rare I wanted so had to order. Hopefully they will be fast. |

There's a big white box on their checkout page for promo codes. I emailed SH to see what he might say. |

| Not sure how it possible to mess this order up!!!!!! I was sent the clearance £5 cheap 18 gram darts instead of the ultra RARE gold 15 gram Priestley darts today!!!!!!!! What's the chances of them having 1 set of the gold one's left at this point? [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

| That really stinks JD. I'm sure they will sort it out for you. I think you are right with your assumption that they don't have a set of 15g golds laying around though. Keep us posted as to what happens |

| I ordered 2 sets of the gold and 2 sets of the silver priestley darts on special.
Then got an email 4 days after ordering the darts saying "Unfortunately the darts you have ordered Clearance Dart 812B (gold) we no longer do, and do not understand how you have been able to select them, but we would like to know if you would like to exchange them for something else"
Then had to send several emails to get them to exchange the darts for some other items and had to pay the extra 1 pound 65 for the extra cost of the items. Thought they would have let this slip, as I have been able to order something that they no longer do.
I have not used Red dragon darts for 10 years. I stopped using them then, as they sent wrong items or the wrong quantity. They will have to have some great items at giveway prices for me to shop with them again. They need to get their game together, and when items have sold out ,remove them from the listing. Also got emails to confirm my address even though I am registered.
Also they dont send the Winmau darts overseas for some reason. And they only send red dragon items overseas and the postage is very expensive.
Not in the same league as Pure darts or A180. For me 5 out of 10, please try harder! |

I'm sure I'll get a refund at best.
I kind of doubt they have an extra set of the gold 15's just laying around??!?!?!?!?
Just my luck. Can't even express how pissed I am. This is more of a bad joke.
I can't understand the mess up here. Darts aren't even remotely close!!! Plain to see why you're pissed off man, you were looking forward to them so this must be like a kick in the genitals. Hope they sort it all out for you mate, can't see why they could'nt provide an explanation? To just send you any old set seems a bit off |
