typo . i started typing this by typing 12's then when i finished the list i thought oh now it must have been 11's . just missed out 13 when making the list

Ok, then your final number was 11 or 12 so I don't screw it up?

see i not really sure about that as 12's was the last number i went for . it was out shots after that ,but it took me six darts to do it ????? i think from what i've read that the score would still be 12's ?

The way I'm understanding it is if 12s was the number you were on to get below 40 and you didn't bust. Then, 12s is your number even thought it took you several tries to close

Hat that has equalled my best so pardon the pun but hats off to you. That score maybe equalled but it wont be beaten it can be done on 18's but to be fair the times when I have hit the 180 171 I have always gone for the 9 darter instead lol

Correct Lefty There are other ways to play the game like if you don't hit the shot you move to the next number but I thought that would confuse people so it's just the number you get to 40 or below that counts as your score it made life simpler. To be fair I don't count the numbers that dont hit the number your throwing at either so that's another variation to consider. It is good fun when you get into it. Try it on just red scoring zones or just Green lots of different games to be had here. i hope you are enjoying it as I like to share some of my training routines with you.

It's funny you say that because as I was reading the description I was thinking to myself that there are a lot of ways you could tweak this challenge to change the difficulty. I like it and will definitely be giving it a go happy dude

Thanks Big just one of those rounds that eveything was going where you want it to.. I too would definetly go for the 9 darter if it was there to shoot at.. I've had 4 shots at 9 darters since I've been playing darts and all of them I finished in 10 darts. Twice hitting the D-12 on the 10th dart and twice hitting the D-6 after hitting S-12 with the 9th dart.

This is a great challenge, had no choice but to give it a try!
Here's my best so far:
20 - T20, 20, T5 = 95
19 - 19, T7, T7 = 61
18 - T18, 18, T4 = 84
17 - T17, T17, 17 = 119
16 - T16, 16, 16 = 80

62 left:
15 - 15, 15, D16 finish for 18 darts.

Soooo, 15's is mine if I did that right.

7 marks on the 1st 3 numbers would leave a sweet 102 finish when you get to 17's.
