Hello, dartplaying folk out there,

I'm looking to buy a set of Harrow's Torpedo of 27g.
Does anybody have any experience, comments... (positive or negative) with these
darts ?

Cheers

I see they come in both 70% tungsten and 80% tungsten. Make sure you go with the 80%. Or you could look around and find something similar in 90% that will be a bit smaller. A 27 gram dart in 80% tungsten will be kind of big. You might want to go with something else??
Is this what you were looking at?

look a bit like the Boxer style and shape, a nice looking dart actually, now I am not sure if I have had them, but I would give them a try.

Welcome aboard too! happy dude

Yes, the pic's the right one.
The feature that interests me on this dart is the knurled bit on the back.
That's where my thumb is and with the even bit in front and aft of that knurled
bit I think I'll be able to get the same grip every throw without being forced
to look where my thumb goes preceeding every throw.
Don't think that helps the concentration ...
On shorter darts I tend to grip the shaft with my thumb. Don't know of a knurled
shaft, though...

I had a set of 23g.
I didn't fancy them because they weren't grippy enough but are a good dart.
Cobblers got them now so you could try and get them off him Smile
