A new season of the Splinters Dart League is forming in Palatine Illinois, 35 miles Northwest of Chicago. This league uses a Point per Dart Average and Awards prize money at the end of the season. Splinters 2070 N. Rand Road Palatine Illinois. The League starts Jan 31, 2013. Format is 301 Singles and Dirty Cricket Doubles.
