played darts now for years here and there mainly at home now i want to start playing for team etc at my level but am not aware of anything in my area.need pointing in the right direction.

Have a look round the local pubs, chances are they'll be some sort of league running. Also check your local rileys, alot of them have the dartzones now, and often run comps and tourneys.

Often times a local dart store (if you are lucky to have any near by) know where the action is.
