been buying a lot here recently-very pleased so far. they have a have price match guarantee and the selection is better than some others i've seen. shipping is fast consistent at 2 days. I've ordered a couple of things that were backordered but have gotten them ahead of the scheduled delivery date by almost a week. they also send me lots of discount codes and often have free shipping wekends. very nice trading with them.

got a response this morning apologizing for the delay. says my package was shipped yesterday but tracking number comes back not found. hmm? we'll see, might be opening the door for another source.

have just rechecked the tracking number and it is showing up now on USPS. couple items are on backorder which has become a recurring theme. I dont mind mind the BOing so much but i would prefer their point of sale to indicate the status.

I will continue to do business with them in the future since my overall expeience has been good. Decided to use a-z darts for my next purchase just to try em out. I would really like to find online retailer based here in NC or southeastern US.

I have been using a-z for a while now. Never once had a back item and always ship same day. Order monday and get thursday. California to NJ costs 3.95 shipping

update- the backorder items still have not showed up and still no communication with darting around despite an email earlier this week. normally i wouldn't fuss over this but one of the item backordered is a set of flights that my son wanted for scoring a ton last week. i said screw em and ordered the flights and some other things from dartbrokers. well see which one gets here first. also backorderd were 5 sets of medium opal nylons. i got 2 sets with the original order still haven't seen the other 3 even though i beleive i saw them newly listed on their ebay site few days ago when i ordered the stuff from dartbrokers. keep ya posted

no response to latest email last week-just sent another polite request for the status so we'll see if this one gets answered. original order was placed on april 26. so yeah -my southern hospitality is wearin thin.

That sucks that they aren't even answering your e-mails!!! A-Z is a great place with fast shipping and awesome customer service the only thing I find with them is their prices are ridiculously high.. I dont mind buying flights and shafts from them but I dont believe I will ever buy darts from them. I would rather wait a couple more days and get them from one of the places overseas where they are a lot cheaper IMO.

good news-the alternate set i ordered from dart brokers arrived today and my boy was very happy-which makes dad happy too.
