I think too much.. always have.. and maybe always will..

I dont have any real competition so I guess that's why..

Did my best leg against rebel during that competition.. Guess I didint think of what I was doing so that's why I hit the "targets"

How do you guys do when your mind starts wonder? say: "how you pick the dart up". "how your arm should move" "when to release?" "where to stand" "what the hell to do"? lol..

Have you ever had a set of darts that you just couldnt throw?

I bought new darts from grip and I just stink with them.. I suck.. I don't know why.. Wont settle down until I have conquered them to my satisfaction level..

lol.

3 tips i learnt. only through trail /error .

1. the back foot i need the foot to be on tips .

2. the elbow needs to be tucked in. not to tight but defenitly tucked in and still.

3. focus - only look at the target you looking at. you'll get better with practice.

and find out if you slow / fast player or do you throw ever dart or a rythem player.

remember rome wasnt build in a day. break your game down in stages learn what works and forget the things that dont work.

Bit of advice I got from one of the lads on my pubs A side was to aim for big 20's and visualise it as a funnel into the treble 20 - to be honest I think it is good advice [he plays County for Glamorgan] but at the same time i'm left thinking if i'm relying on this type of technique how am I going to hit my doubles?? I always look them dead in the face
I dunno

1. Remember it's just a game. Love it, hate it; but practice it
2. Don't over think. Let it flow
3. Practice is when you experiment with equipment. Avoid constantly switching darts and equipment; consistency will suffer
4. Remember it's just a game. Love it, hate it; but practice it
5. Don't over think. Let it flow
6. Always start and end with a handshake
7. Have fun, lose with grace, and win humbly!

Yes some were repeated but worth repeating. clink glasses
