I use [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] stems and I don't know with what replace the rings for grip. Any suggestion?

Do you mean the small ring that comes with them that grips the flight?


If so stem springs would work just as well:

I had the same problem with the plastic rings that come with Laro stems, they snap very easy and need replacing well before the stem needs changing.
