Hi all,
To be honest I am a little narked off. I am a member of this forum and I enjoy being a member of this forum. Its a shame that when you go on other streams you are told there is a war them or us. Where has this nonsense come from. I have always watched on hendy's streams and always will, when he broadcasts the darts. When he is not streaming I have tried timmy's and dartsnuz streams. Both of which I stop watching because of the tit and tattle between streams, he said that and she said this. This infantile behaviour is hard to believe from adults. It is a shame because the freedom of streams has been limited. Goodnight and may your God go with you.

Sorry bud, We don't have control over those streams only what happens here, do what i do most of the time and just go full screen. Why bother reading the comments

If you enjoy Hendy's streams and chat I have seen them. Quite vulgar and rude.

Our streams are different. We don't allow that sort of stuff. The swearing, player bashing, etc...

But the stream is provided by me and me only.

Luckily there are MANY other streams to suit everyone's taste of chat.

I am a mod on the fore mention stream and I disagreed with you totally, I and other mods dont let it go on. As you know from your own stream the odd trouble maker gets in. Jd you have to agree with me this going back and forward carry news from each others streams is childish. Banter is banter but this you and me scenario has to stop. Thats why I do not post as regular on these streams no more. Enjoy the darts sir, you had a good stream.

I do agree though. Having mods that work both channels will stop asap.

It's not easy broadcasting and when there is 1000 viewers it's hard to control everyone and what everyone says. I push a button and the stream starts. I very rarely stick around to monitor chat. I'm here to watch darts like the rest of you. Changes will be implemented for PL.

It is the damage to this forums name I would be worry about. Thanks for you input may your darts fly straight

JD I know you will take care it. more than confident of that.

Its news to me and I am not pleased by it, no idea what is going on as I very rarely go on streams, if I do it is for no more than a few mins.

If some people are childish enough to play silly games then just ignore them, dont bother to retaliate and just ban them from your stream, simple really.

Like anything in the world of social media we only have limited control, and the control the admin and mod team have should be focused on here, not a lot anyone can do if people are being silly and slagging others off, let them get on with it and people will soon realise they are the ones with the issues.

So if your a member from here and you have been involved in whatever has been going on, please be the better person and stop it and ignore the others.

Name and shame is the only way to eradicate this nonsense.

I only ever go on JD's stream so have no idea who or what is going on else where, if someone being an on another stream ban them from the Darts Nutz, simple as that in my book, we don't want at Darts Nutz they can go and hang out on the corner for me.

Hmm I must have missed it, I was not on the dartsnutz stream yesterday so I do not know what Rab are talking about.
But I can understand that there have been some problems regarding the Sportzone stream against JD's stream during the Ally Pally. And I was one of the mods, and I tried to timeout those who were rude, banning them are another job, and I feel like I'm not the one who should ban them.

Unfortunately it all started during the Ally Pally World championships. I have, as a mod on a forum banned and defended people from this forum. As I have said both posters on both forums are to blame. I find it frustrating and saddening that posters have said they have not seen anything going on. It has not just been about yesterday, now I will stand up and be called a liar if the posters have not seen posts from other forums been copied and paste. The procedure from both forums off logging in to each forum and seeing how long its takes to get banned and then returning bragging about it is a regular 'Game' that is played. As it stands now it is for the good of this forum that I have brought this matter to the forums attention. Banter is banter but when it gets personal like it has, it has to stop. Thank you Veni, the same infantile behaviour has escalated. Now if anyone would care to go on to the other stream mention dartsnutz name you are time out and vicea versa. As I have said I am a proud member of this forum and this practice saddens me. I will now watch the darts on Full screen as I cannot be doing with this childish behaviour from adults.
If my post has upset anybody I am sorry but it is with the interest of this forum's reputation that I have highlighted this matter.

I brought this to peoples attention during the worlds as it was annoying my head and bringing the name of the forum down. I usually watch on our stream but couldnt connect one night so went to the sports zone stream and some of the comments about the forum were a joke. I copied and pasted them into our stream to show the damage that was being done and then just went back to full screen because it was starting to get to me. there was people from both sides stirring the pot and it may well have been seen as 'friendly banter' but it passes that when the forums name starts getting dragged down.

Its even worse because JD's streams bring so many people to the forum and it could be alot more imo if the forums name wasn't being bashed elsewere because its the one of the best if not the best quality stream out there and could have alot more viewers / followers. How people can watch the darts when they spend so much time stirring and talking out their is beyond me.

Sounds like a lot of childish behaviour thats got out of control to me, if it doesn't stop then I will report them and have the streams closed.

Can't comment about the streams because although I have watched them (thanks JD), I always go full screen for two reasons - bigger picture and I don't have to read the drivel that a lot of the morons write.

At the end of the day, if you want to discuss the darts, do it on a forum. If you want to watch it - watch a stream. Anybody that gets involved in arguments and brings the forum into it should be banned in my opinion (sorry mods if you think I'm treading on toes).

It always amazes me when I go on streams at the volume of chatting that goes on, surely these people can't be watching the sport in question, as for some of the others, it is quite clear that they are keyboard warriors that live at home with their parents and go on streams inbetween playing world of warcraft.

Agree about ignoring them, but not when the trolling is also coming from a stream using this forums name. As JD has said he will sort it. Closing channels does not work within mins they are up and running. Unfortunately there is an element out there that get some kick out of insulting players and each other.

Ah, I'm not streaming the BDO at Ally Pally at all. I haven't streamed since Mvg- Taylor.

So I don't know what stream you are talking about yesterday.

Most likely as many of the same mods are on that channel. I am watching on that channel as well.

I want us to be above this. I love banter as u all know but slagging each other is personal and thats gonna stop. Like any family there's personality clashes, different opinions ect. I even make comments on certain players in fun. Hell lets move forward now and put this behind us .

One more thing, members, mods, admins we are family and all deserve mutual respect. Remember that

I agree it has to stop, and it has to start with the broadcasters first. They need to respect themselves and respect each other, stop the petty bickering, name calling and general sending of spies to each others rooms and causing deliberate disruption. All this was going on during PDC World championships, and both sides were to blame here.

Also the spamming of other rooms with links to yours or others related to you without permission is not right either.

More importantly as chatters we need to respect the Broadcasters, when you enter a channel you enter their online house, if they have house rules then you accept them and follow them or leave and find somewhere better.

The Mods the broadcaster has chosen to Moderate are chosen because they understand and have accepted what the Broadcaster wants going on in their house. Houses tend to have different ideas of what is acceptable, if you have to for whatever reason move houses, you accept the changes for that house and if you don't know you ask what is acceptable.

As a Mod who has been so in all the main darts houses on JTV I have heard too much of, well it's OK in so and so's, we have freedom of speech in this country you know, oh this room is full of Hitlers. Oh you can't even say Hi and you get banned. I've heard them all.

When you enter that room you don't have full freedom of speech, you accept the rules, or don't chat there. If choice is limited, then you either control yourself, or if the level of chat for that room is above you find acceptable, you can either ignore the people you find over the top (using ignore button), or go full screen and not chat at all. Rest assured the broadcaster of your usual house is doing everything they can to get their house up and running again properly, so you probably only have to put up with for short time, 24hours at most usually.

At the of the day the Moderators have been chosen by Broadcaster because they can be trusted to carry out control of what the broadcaster would like going on in his chat house. It is up to Broadcaster, and the Broadcaster alone, to decide on whether the Mod is being over aggressive or not doing enough, NOT you the general chatter! If you think a Mod is not doing a good job, or being over zealous then PM the broadcaster (there is usually lots of ways to contact them) and let them make the decision on it.

So stop the broadcaster wars, stop the slagging off each others rooms, stop slagging off the Mods from other rooms or regulars who have an affiliation to certain named forums/groups when they enter the room you usually chat for whatever reason.

Just STOP and get along, respect the differences and accept them. We need the streams, we need the broadcasters, bigger choice is better choice. It's not a competition here, let people go to where they want to go and welcome and respect them if they have to go elsewhere from time to time.

And if you can't do all that don't chat at all!
