| Good Day All, hope the arrows are flying well for you!! I'm not sure what the custom is around the world but here in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Canada, whenever someone in our mixed leagues gets a 180, someone usually goes around with a hat taking up a collection for the shooter. Sunday night, I hit a 174 and guess what?? The hat got sent around. I was thinking to myself "what's going on here anyway?". I asked the player on the other team what the deal was, he said that for any 170 plus shots, the hat was passed around. I sheepishly accepted the money (drilled T20, T20, third dart was the T18....bad miss ). Does the hat get passed where you play for a 180? |

| No mate. We used to get a free pint, but that tradition has unfortunately died off.
Too many publicans thinking of the bottom line these days. |

| We used to get a free pint at our spot.
In league we would get a t-shirt for the 1st one. |

| A bar I used to play in would give a free drink for every 3 in a bed- got a lot of free drinks. They stopped doing it. It was a soft tip dart bar |
