Just got home from a weekend long mixed teams tournament.

My team finished second overall losing only 1 match out of 10. We finished on the same number of points as the winners, but we were behind on legs won.

We beat the winning team when we played them in our round game.

Over all I lost 1 singles match out of the 10 I played. I even had one bloke whinging for an hour after I beat him. He didnt like losing to people he should beat, plus I beat him last thursday and he wanted pay back. lol
To make matters worse for him, my team knocked them off for their only loss and I knocked off his high peg for the weekend with a 124 finish.

Bad luck on losing overall on legs difference - that is a choker - but well played to come runners up.

Cheers Mc. The team were very pleased with our efforts. We went a lot better than I thought we would.

Its the first time we have all played together, so not a bad effort. We are looking at playing together again in early December as there is another mixed team event coming up.
