yeah I have read some of those in old Darts world mags, good page though nice find!

The numbers they use are very hard as well.

Double 7? Triple 10?

My score would be cutting in 1/2 for sure.

We play that on the soft tip board all the time but we use the cricket numbers and ANY double or triple.

Steel tip must be insanely hard.

Halve-It numbers 20’s, 16’s, Double 7, 14’s, Treble 10, 17’s, 50 Bull, one game only.

I remember years ago my Wednesday night league did a pentathlon and it was one of the funnest times I have ever had playing darts. It took up a full weekend to do, but was worth it.

Unfortunately, it was only run the once.

I think the PDC should start a comp like this, would be good viewing.
