Tied for 5th...
http://www.dartswdf.com/2012/08/13/young-and-cunningham-win-usa-classic/ He must be great to beat out the great Larry Butler. Said he shot 8 180's during his 6 rounds that he advanced. Excellent shooter he is. I took him under my wing when his parents used to bring him around. He started playing and I showed him the ropes. Never forget the 1st time he beat me in a cricket game. He was so happy, jumping all around the restaurant where we practiced. I think he can hang with anyone in the United States but he has yet to win a big singles event. Many, many semi's at the biggest tourney's in the USA but has failed to take the next big step. It's coming. He just turned 28 on the 9th. Plenty of time to turn it up a notch. |

| Here's my problem with points I'm having. I would like something made of steel to resemble an L-Style point. Their idea is great, it really is. One of the big drawbacks is that they wear out WAY to quick. Here's a brand new L-Style tip compared to a regular soft tip point. Same length. They do indeed. If he can get them down to 25-26 mm I'll buy a set. Problem is, with super light darts like I shoot, I don't need a long point at all. With thicker darts it helps to have a point 30mm or longer. They stay in the board when you toss a tight group. But with super thin barrels like I have they will also stay in the board with shorter points. Also don't penetrate as deep. lol |
