Well I have been doing the A1 routine for a month but in an abbreviated form because of my iffy wrist. I'm glad to say I think its working, I'm getting some consistency and think my throw is starting to flow better and more smoothly.

I still have some issues where I tend to hit the number to the left of the one I'm aiming for, not sure if thats my eyes or me not following through properly.

Going to keep it up and hopefully improve even more.

In trying to get this as an eBook. There is a site that sells the eBook as (Google eBooks) but when Im looking on Google it says "no eBooks are avaiable".

I also found an app that you should be able to buy it from but it isnt there?

How can I get this eBook? I would like to read it on My iPhone.

I pick it up all the time, it me go to thing. Now if I'am stuck gonna e-mail da man lol.

Well I have added an extra number now and so far I am still completing them all in 20 mins or less. I think 30mins a day is about all my wrist can cope with so no matter what I do I will stop after 30 mins whether I complete all marks or not.

One thing I have noticed is now when I miss I miss consistently, for example if I go for the big 18 and hit a big 1 all my darts may hit the big 1 LOL!

Of course I would rather get 1 miss and 2 hits, but before if I missed they would miss all over the place!

I feel my stroke has improved though and it feels more assured if that makes sense.

So far I'm very happy with my progress, I have hit more 140's of late too, just think there is some mental block stopping me from turning them into 180's
