I'm sure it's been discussed at some point, but what do you all make of the heritage range ?

Personally I find a bit odd that they are selling them off at £20 a pop when you can get originals for less (although their value may increase with these coming out).

I wonder if they will have any features so that they can be distinguished from the originals (like a code number or something)

I think they brought them out because they have probably seen the interest on the old sets by collectors by watching Ebay maybe.

They do seem to go for less on Ebay at present but that was not the case when I first bought a set, my first set cost me £55+ on Ebay and many other sets were selling for a similar price, its only recently they have lost that value, maybe all the serious collectors have a set now I don't really know the reason the price dropped, or could also be that more and more sets come up for sale?

For me personally, I appreciate the history and craftmanship that went into a set of darts that are over 60 or 70 years old.
Modern darts are spewed out of CNC's minuet by minuet, a hell of a lot more work went into the Old darts.

Will be interesting to see if unicorn bring out anymore old designs.

I agree with Stuart. I appreciate the history aspect, even if they are replicas and made with modern materials. I think the economy has a big effect on the prices of the originals too. I have a collection of custom flashlights (torches) and have seen the same thing with prices for them. In the last couple of years, I've seen lights that would sell in minutes online for 2 or 3 times their original price and now they sit for weeks at close to their original price (after many price drops).
