Good to have you on board Sharp. You might be able to find some good routines in the practice room http://www.dartsnutz.com/f5-practice-room

One i like personally is around the board on doubles. I have to hit the double 1 then any bull to advance in three darts. Then on to d2 and so on. Both my doubles and Bullseyes have improved greatly since starting this one. Also good for going from one extreme to the other and maintaining focus

Round the board on doubles is good - 121 is also good as you practise your finishing as well.

Start at 121 and you must finish it in 9 darts or less. If you do then you move on to 122 and finish that in 9 darts or less. You keep adding 1 to your target until you miss in 9 darts - when this happens you start back at 121.

Another good one is playing games of 301 double in double out - with this you practise your doubles (both in and out) and also your scoring and finishing.
