Im always doing impressions of how people talk and the things they say and how they mean different things depending on the region. post funny sayings or terms and their slang meanings of your area here. i'll go first, heres a few.

if someone asks you how you're doing-i'd reply " like a hair in a biscuit"-translation= im hangin in there

i don't like that="i wouldn't kick a hog in the ass"

i suppose= "I reckon"

im going to meet my buddies and get wasted= "i'm going to choir practice"

that woman is ugly= "she's as purty as a bar of lye soap"

a week from next monday= "monday week"

100 size cigarette= "cadillac"

I'd like a hotdog= gimme a bright leaf

waiting for the frost=I want some collards

knee baby=second to the youngest

got any corn= do you have any homemade liquor

its gonna be very cold outside=killin weather

Threw a wild dart = "I squirrelled it" or "That was a squirrely dart"

Gripo = dartaholic
my main squeeze = your girlfiend

out on the lash = Out drinking

away in = come in

yer jokin arn ya! = I dont believe it

Necta = Really Good

well aye man = of course
