| http://www.bw-darts.com/Anybody used these before? I ordered and paid for the Jubilee darts set last Wednesday and I got an email the same day saying once the funds are confirmed in their account they would despatch the goods. The money left my paypal account the same day and nothing has arrived with me yet. I sent them an email last night which hasn't yet been answered - are they always very slow at sending their orders out? Not impressed with them at the moment as I'm used to the speedy service of the likes of DC, RD, Pure Darts, A180, etc, - I thought I would have received the goods by last Saturday at the latest

| I`ve never heard of them but have you tried to ring them? If they don`t have a phone number on the site then i would suggest contacting paypal in order to get a refund. |

| Just looked at the site and don't like that they don't give dimensions, or am I missing something there? |

| B+W darts have been around a long time, I have used them before and delivery speed was fine, however, I have not bought anything from them for about 2 years now and don't know if they are still run by the same people.
They used to do a lot of the pro players darts but dont seem to have them on their site anymore, I emailed them twice about 2 years ago asking if they would give me a discount if I bought £700 worth of darts and they never replied. |

Not impressed with them at the moment as I'm used to the speedy service of the likes of DC, RD, Pure Darts, A180, etc, - I thought I would have received the goods by last Saturday at the latest BW are a quality dart company but sadly their heyday has gone (no disrespect intended). They used to sponsor many a high profile pro player and have included the likes of Jocky Wilson,Mike Gregory,Wayne Mardle,Kevin Painter,Alex Roy and John Part on their books at one time or another. They seem to have lost their way a little in more recent times and with the likes of Unicorn and Target now dominating the pro signature range market, B+W have certainly downsized their operation with no more pro models and less stock. Their site seems to concentrate more on the personalised product market these days. Ordered from them before on plenty of occasions but you will not get the sort of service you find at DC,A180 etc. Guessing they now only employ a very small number of people and delivery whilst not being slow is usually around 5 to 7 days. |
