heavier darts will wear you out faster. =D

in my opinion practicing with heavier darts first to loosen the arm up would be a more sensible approach? golfers put weights on the end of there clubs and swing with them to warm up. and when the weights are removed they are lose and the whole action it self seems easier.

I'd of thought that

difference is golfers are hitting over distance so speed and power are important. The name of darts is accuracy. IMO should only use the weight of dart you plan on throwing with
