Although a picture wasn't practical - A few weeks ago I had a flight protector come off in my beard. I'm about 1/4 of the way to a Whitlocklian beauty.

i've hit myself in the face on the bridge of the nose a few times when the mccoys slip on the backswing. thinkin about wearing safety glasses when i throw those particular darts. hell maybe even something like this just for the intimidation factor at the oche.[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Now that would have been painful if your whisker's got wrapped round the darts as you threw it! OUCH!

I could do with that too I think, I often smack the darts into my nose or top lip, get lots of scratches with new flights from doing that too!

it may be deceiving, then hanging darts isnt against the board its hanging against the other two flights.

Now I see it! It looked like the stem of the one hanging sideways was split and that the flight had all but blew apart and was hanging by a tiny piece

Was trying to hit the T19, was not sure what happened till I got up close, had a split in the Cosmo flight so it got stuck on the other in the board:

haha, I kept counting my robin hoods but got bored when I was over 50, never had a double robin hood though, that would be like a triple bullseye!

i tried to get a double robin hood with the last dart. but it went just left and wired the 5 haha.

Yeah Rum because they are the standard fit flights, the airs are more flexible

Haha, that's what would happen to me regularly but not since using the Cosmos.

That just means that you are getting very consistent with your throw. So, I would qualify that as a good thing
