Here's my avatar - 9 darts at the bull lol. Can't remember for certain which sets but I think it's the silver and gold Kongs (that's what they look like anyway) and the black Tony O'Shea's: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

I can't remember but it was either 3 or 4 in the red - I'm fairly sure it was 3 though. There were definitely 3 just outside the semi, so it was either 2 or 3 in the semi as well. I may have another go at this one shortly with some different sets lol. |

I haven`t got a photo but a few weeks ago in the bar i went for D18 and hit the wire.. the flight came hurtling towards me and i leaped forward to catch it....successfully I smiled at the lads while lapping up a small applause and then had a look for the dart but it seemed to have vanished. It took 20 mins to find the bloody thing which had somehow landed behind the board. Over the years i`ve had some weird bounceouts/deflections but never one that has hid behind the board. Its a wonderful game sometimes.

yesterday was a pretty "whoops" day for darts for me. was playing in a local tournament and i literally bounced out over 500 pts on the floor over the course of the day. the highlight was hitting the wire on triple 19 twice in a row (114 on the floor) followed a game later by two triple 20 wires in a row (120 on the floor) . i probably had another 10 or so bounce outs over the course of the day, weird for me as usually i don't hit many bounceouts. also in the final game that determined who won the tournament (we won our division and were playing the other division winners) i had double 2 left. threw my first darts below the double bed and my last dart landed literally on the wire above the double 2 bed, leaving us with double 1. the other team had double 2 as well, their guy walked up and put one dart right in the double 2. i was gutted, lost the game and the first place position by the width of a wire. whoops haha

Great Idea, here's a few from the archives: Did this a couple of weeks ago, shows how grippy these darts are, 3rd dart hit the wire for a bounce out and jammed between the other 2: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Robin Hood through the slot ring (Gary Robson's old dart):: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Robin Hood through the flight (Red Dragon Sky Pro's): [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

I thought I posted this yesterday, but I must have forgot to click the send button (again! ) so here I go again. Using my 23g Steffi Luck darts, 1st dart T20, 2nd dart S20, 3rd dart hit the S20 but bounced out and landed between t'other two: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

i don't know what it is with my lewis' but they just seem to be magnetized to hitting flights. this week alone i've probably had over 15 darts bounce off the flight of a dart already in the board. last night it finally stayed put haha. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
