A180 comes through yet again with darts delivered to me in the states in less than a week. They are the only ones i know who carry 26mm Storm points and install them also. Excellent service. I believe he even threw the install charge as a freebie. Love me some A180.

Consistent each and every time I order. Shipping speed, packaging, communication, best price.... all get top scores from me... yet again.

At the moment I'm having a problem with A180. Placed an order on the 2nd of January wasn't told that they didn't stock the darts anymore, even though they're still selling them on their website! After finally speaking to them agreed they would send another version of the darts I wanted on the 8th, still nothing. I haven't reveived a response to emails since speaking to them.

I appreciate this is a busy time for them but I've placed orders with Dartscorner, Pure Darts & Red Dragon for team mates this week and they all arrived within 2 days!! Last time I use A180 very disappointing!

Very bad time this with A180 well i send many email to them asking where are my 8x PRO GRIP Shaft short white and didnt recieve them since November so dont know...

I don't know what's happened then? Personally, I would recommend A180 Darts 100%!!!

I know its great shop on the first purchase i some doubts so i send a email a few minutes after already responded dont know what happend

well i recieve today a order got dartboard surround etc for the bar were we going to play next season,but i didnt recieve 3 maxiflo pens and 8x stems target pro grip white short
dont know and on the front of the box it with dartscorner dont know...
Something weird is happening there

Was trying to call them but dont know how its 0044 and then its 10 digits or i doing something wrong,can anybody help me from the UK thanks

I've had my last 2 transactions with a180 go very badly.. Dont know what the problem is with them because when I first started buying supplies from overseas they were the only ones I used. great service fast shipping and quick responses. Now everything has changed with them my last 2 orders have taken at least 4-5 weeks to receive my stuff(which it usually only takes 7-10 days) and both times something albeit small was missing from both orders and when I e-mailed them it takes forever to get a response and when I did they were borderline rude. It's too bad really that a company that was so good and had such a good reputation has gone so far downhill now that I can't comfortably reccomend them to anyone...

I've never had a problem with A180 - always fast delivery and great service.

Its very fast delivery and good service only they dont answer emails,i call them and solved.

I decided to use the December 10% off offer on the 31st December.
During my payment via paypal it stated that payment had been made to darts corner.
This surprised me as I didn't know A180 and darts corner were connected.
Anyway the payment went through and the order was listed on my past orders.
A set of darts were on back order so would not be available till 6th January.
A few weeks later nothing had turned up from A180 and I checked my past orders. It now said payment had not been received, so I contacted A180.
I also checked my paypal account and darts corner had been paid and received the money.
It took over 4 days to get a reply from A180, and then Karl said no payment had been received and he had double checked.

So I told him about what had happened when I paid, and payment had gone to darts corner. I was now a bit annoyed so just asked for a refund.
He then replied within a few hours to this message and said they had payment problems and had used darts corner to receive payments while things got sorted out. I then got a refund and bought my items on Pure darts instead.

Just very disappointed with the whole experience.
To me Pure darts offers a better service and cheaper items, but they just don't have the range of A180. I will be very hesitant to use A180 again even though they have special offers now and again.

A180 and DC are connected?

After reading the above , I have never had any problems but with that , I call and talk to Ste or Karl personally and give a CC number, smooth and top notch service...

Karl from A180, explained that Darts corner and A180 are not connected. But A180 did use Darts Corner for payments at the end of December as had problems with their systems.

Ah well bud, hope all is sorted and you use them again...

Hi Guys we at A180 darts like all darts companies after New Year have massive demand.
We go from 250 Orders a week to 2000 and as per usual have supply problems,
Our Winmau order arrived a week late, All the Nodor range still not here, from last year’s order. That’s on the way; we are back to our great usual standards now. From the emails we get about other companies etc, we believe at A180 we are the best and so many 1000s of very happy customers. Sometimes things go wrong. Especially after Christmas, 9 out of 10 A180 cannot do anything about,. PS has anyone tried to contact PayPal on 30th December to solve an issue with payment? We get over 300 emails a day early Jan, Most are postal issues after holidays ( Mainly from outside uk ) A180 darts are Quite small but popular, We put most of our profits back into Darts players, youth teams, County teams and help people all over the world. From Guys Like, Brendan Dolan PDC, Stephen Bunting BDO, Perry prine USA, Paddy Meany Ireland, and about 20 Youth players, to East Kent darts academy in the UK. We have not got the funds to do any more or we would, But do miles more than the others Pound for Pound.. Post is back to normal now and you should not have any major issues.. PS the A180 darts shop is the best and going stronger and stronger. You cannot get a better service anywhere for advice about darts and 900 sets of darts in store to try out Quite a good choice, Very Sorry to for the odd few who had problems. Had to write a long story to cover all aspects. many thanks Karl A180 darts.

I found it a truly unique experience to online shopping for darts when I visited A180 a couple of times recently, I explained what kind of dart I wanted to the knowledgeable guy on the counter and was shown 4 or 5 similar darts that fit the bill, even got to throw them (although not very well).
I had a bit of a shopping list and managed to get everything I wanted.

Very surprising how much stock is available in the shop and all the memorabilia on display certainly made the trip worthwhile.

The fact that you took the time to post here shows how much it means to uphold that great customer service you provide. Most of us understand that things go wrong from time to time. But by looking at our Shop Summery table you guys do an outstanding job.
