| I'm not optimistic Grip, I noticed now the darts I ordered are "Currently Unavailable". I checked my account on their site and the order status is still "New". I have a feeling they never even had the darts in stock. |

Lefty, I placed orders with Madhouse (21:37 our time) and Pure (15:48) on 8/6. I received a shipping notice from MH (04:17) on 8/7. All but 2 of my UK orders have taken 9 days. The other 2 were 5 days (MH) and 21 (A180). My last Pure order took 9. No reply to my email today and it's past closing time for them. Speaking only for myself, poor customer service always trumps low prices. Hmm, usually 2 weeks for me. But customs can play havoc sometimes. |

What darts did you order? I can ask them for you, could be they have stock problem. Edit: Barney Phase 3's yeah they say currently unavailable. Think there may have been a surge for these as he is popular, I bet the stock ran out quickly. |

| Weird. I'm ordering a few sets of the Ronnie Baxter soft tip dart for £5. I placed 2 sets in the basket and shipping is £3. For a combined £13.00. Decided I wanted another set and shipping jumped to £10.00. Looks like I'm better off just placing another order of 2 sets separately. £26 vs £30. Odd that I am forced to do it this way???? |

Yeah, sounds right. I'm just going to order again after I sell the 2 sets I just ordered. I have a bunch of guys bugging me to get them darts. Just not sure if they ALL want to shoot with Baxter's. |

| Finally heard back from Pure today. Even got a tutorial on the time difference between NJ and the UK. I've been using the 24 hour clock since 1967, first in the service and then at UPS. I even learned about time zones in Elementary School. "puredarts sales@puredarts.co.uk10:41 AM (3 hours ago) to me hi sorry for the delay this dart is temp out of stock. unicorn group were doing a stock take last week and we not shipping orders. next unicorn delivery is now booked in for wednesday, should arrive then, if not would you like a refund.pd PS this email was received here at 9.17 on friday night hence no immediate reply New Jersey is about 5 hours behind uk time ie 4.17 in NJ is 9.17 in the uk." It appears they never had these darts in stock. Since I don't speak UKese, I'm guessing that's what the bold type sentence means. The reason I sound so annoyed is because instead of just admitting that when I placed the order, they just ignored my first email and then they blame me for not knowing England is in a different time zone. I'm just going to cancel the order and chalk the paypal conversion fee up to a lesson learned. I really don't need another set of darts anyway. My room is starting to look like Grips. |

| Just signed up and placed my 1st order.
Didn't care for the pictures as I couldn't do an extreme close up.
But the price was super cheap on some "sale" darts.
Ordered today on a Saturday. We'll see how long it takes to get here.... |

Ordered today on a Saturday. We'll see how long it takes to get here.... I ordered a couple of sets of the same ones earlier myself - I went for the 20g versions - £6 for a set of tungsten darts is too good to turn down lol. |

Not going to say anything about time zones lol, but if the darts aren't in stock then the online store should automatically mark the item as out of stock as soon as someone orders the last set - either that or remove the link from the website like the DC site does |

Yeah, I finally clicked the link someone posted and saw they were £6 for 90% darts. I can sell them all day long where I play. A bunch of Bosnian immigrants are playing quite a bit now. They had 6 teams in the league last year and did quite well. Problem is, they all shoot with bar darts!!! No problem getting rid of these for $20 a pop. |

| About a week to my door. Awesome experience. Very happy, and I will be ordering more darts for my friends today. I'll run those Rocket Ronnie darts out of stock at that price. |

| I sent an e-mail at 1938 GMT last night inquiring about their shipping rates to the US and why a set of 24g darts and a set of 25g darts exceeded the 200g limit. I received a prompt and polite response at 0906 GMT this morning explaining that you would surprised as to how much extra weight comes with the packaging (I kind of assumed this was the case but was hopeful that it was just an electronic error on the server). I continue to receive wonderful service from Pure Darts and find the best prices for darts and other supplies there. This is why they continue to receive my business and a big thumbs up! Keep up the good work Pure Darts! |

| Couldn't you have split your order into 2 - one for the 24g set and another for the 25g set. This way you would have paid 2 lots of £3 postage as opposed to 1 lot of £10 |

That's exactly what I did. I then padded the order with flights until it broke the £10 mark and removed one set. So, in a sense I got a couple of sets of flights for free |
