The game needs characters otherwise it would be boring. Darts isn't the most exciting sport to watch. It helps when people celebrate and show emotion. Otherwise I'd rather watch my fingernails grow.

I've known players to use the same barrels for a couple decades. Really have NO idea. Always good to have a back up set anyway.
