Hi all, heres how I practise.

Warm up with a few games of round the board. first singles, doubles then trebles. I can normally do these 3 in about 20-30 mins.

After this I move on to playing against my invisble friend who's very consistent. He always finishes on exactly 24 darts! I'll play 5 legs against him, recording how many darts i throw and work out my average at the end.

After that depending on how I've played I'll either stop for the morning and start over mid afternoon(If I feel i've played well)
OR If i feel i could improve on an area of my game i'll focus on that. Either shooting doubles, or concentrate on hitting a certain amount of 60+ scores in a row.

I am lucky if I get 30mins a day, work 7-5 (with travel), pick kids up, tea's, baths, playtime, bedtime, beer time :-)
If the wife finishes work early then I can sneak half an hour in while she either makes tea or baths kids.
I tend to follow a couple of flight school routines or Steve Beatons practise games.

They say practise makes perfect but at a couple of hours a week I think Phil Taylor can rest easy for now :-)
