| Tonight I won the Village League Pairs Competition which is a really great achievement for me as 8 weeks ago I could barely stand as I was suffering with prolapsed disks and Sciatica. I am still struggling with pain in my back but after losing 2 stone in the last 8 weeks my Sciatica has virtually disappeared and I have been able to play darts again. I am so happy to be back on the oche and just wanted to share my victory with a few of my new found friends on here as I have felt that many of you have been my motivation to get back playing. So this one is for you guys and a BIG THANK YOU from me as just chatting on here helps put things in to perspective sometimes.
There are some genuinely nice people on here with big hearts and I hope to be thought of in the same way as I try to help and support others with their conquests on and off the board.

| That's great news. I too am a sufferer of sciatica so I know how how bad it is, and well done on the weight lose. It will benefit you in many ways. Congrats on the victory too, good to hear your playing well. Onwards and upwards  |

| That is fantastic news BG. Glad to hear that your well enough to get back playing again. I know how painful it is to not be able to do what you love.
Well done on the weight loss as well mate. Keep it going and you'll be as skinny as a carrot in no time.
Edit: Forgot to mention congratz on your win mate, a triumphant return indeed. |
