| I put in about 30 min at home and at least 45 before the match at the match site. Can you over do it? I really don't know! |

| I do about 30 minutes at home and 15 before my match maybe. I think you can overdue it just like practicing on any other day |

| I'm like Larry i play at least 30min. at home before I leave then a good 45-60min. at the venue before we start. It takes me that long to get to my top performance level. It's more for my focus than anything else, and it's always alone practice time.  Hatrick |

| not very long. maybe 10-15 minutes at home and another 10-15 minutes at the legion. really depends on when the person i'm playing shows up. i'm always there at least 30 min before the game is supposed to start (730pm), but if my opponent shows up early than we start earlier usually. |

| I like to get to the venue about 30 mins before we start, just so I can get the arm moving. |

| I normally do not practice at home the day of a match. I like to get there about an hour early have a beer, and warm up. |
